Which Rust Book?

I see that the book link provided via the website The Rust Programming Language - The Rust Programming Language is different from the latest version The Rust Programming Language, is there a reason for that?

1.4.0 is not a latest stable version, but a version released about 5 years ago. Current stable version is 1.43.0

I believe the book was rewritten from scratch in the run up to it being published in physical form.
