Should I Buy the 2nd Edition of the Rust Lang Book 1st Edition Available

Are there major differences between the First Edition and the Second Edition?

All of the code in the first edition should still work, due to Rust's stability guarentees, but there are parts that are outdated (e.g. it talks about using extern crate to import external crates, which hasn't been needed since 2018).
