Which book should I read? is there a big difference between them?

Or is it just the same for both? but is the new one more advanced and detailed?

Which one should a beginner start with?

According to the page you linked, the Brown University version has some experimental interactive elements, but generally follows the same structure. I have no experience with it, but it seems worth a try: Because they cover topics in the same order, you can always switch to the other one if you’re having trouble understanding something.
