Rust by Example in Japanese was published

Along with Rust 1.80.0 release, Rust by Example in Japanese was published at https://doc.rust-lang.org/rust-by-example/ja/ . As far as I know, this is the first case which translation is published under doc.rust-lang.org. This means the workflow of publishing translations is ready.

I share my PRs for this work. If you are interesting in document translation, these may be helpful.
