Please, stop asking this kind of question. You have already asked 3 questions which are very short, lack any context (and any demonstration of your own research effort), and would require us to draw meaningless, overly general comparisons between Rust and other languages.
The choice of programming language and technology is not as simple as "which language is better". While Rust is great for many things, we are not going to be able to decide for you which languages and libraries you should choose. Not if you ask a very simplistic "X or Y" question.
I believe, this question fits well as a follow-up question into your existing topic on computer graphics. I’ll merge the topics shortly
