Announcing rustup 1.2.0

rustup 1.2.0 is out. Upgrade with rustup self update.

This release primarily fixes interactive installation for users running zsh. In 1.1 rustup would often hit an assert during installation on such systems. It also includes support for resuming partial downloads.
