Following the instructions from the getting started page of the Rust lang website, I found that my PATH wasn't updated after installation.
I use fish and I'm on Fedora 34. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to submit a feature request to make updating the PATH work, and where should I even submit such an issue.
I think PATH is updated if you use sh-compatible shell. If you use fish or any other non-standard shell, then you are on your own.
Yeah I figured. That's why I wanted to know if I could post a feature request somewhere. It'd be a nicer user experience for newbies, and fish is pretty well known and widespread I'd think.
