Mann–Whitney U test

Hello,

Does any one know of a crate that provides the Mann–Whitney U test aka Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon Rank-Sum Test?

I found r_stats, which has the test, but it seems to be outdated and no longer compatible with other dependencies I'm using.

I've been using statrs, but can't find it there.
