Suggest a crate for probability distributions

Who can suggest a good crate with probability distributions like Exponential, Gamma, Poisson and so on? From the crate I need some probability moments, like mean, median, and functions like PDF, CDF, PPF. Something like scipy.stats from the Python world.

I tried to play with statrs, but it has inaccurate calculations at some points and seems outdated since there have been no commits to master for 10 months.
