I'm seeing the same error. I initially thought it was a one-off occurrence but it seems persistent.

I think it's still part of the aws issue, commonly visited urls such as https://docs.rs/tokio are normal because they are cached by cloudflare, but the cdn cannot reach the backend to retrieve the content of the files when the url is missing the cache.
