A UserScript to replace all links to crates.io with lib.rs

I've always was sick of how slow crates io is. Luckily, someone made https://lib.rs - a lightweight alternative. But annoying crates io kept appearing in search results. Today I've decided that I'm fed up of it and made a userscript to make my life a bit easier. I want this little helpful thing with the rest of community. Feel free to submit pull requests.

Thanks for the link of lib.rs, I agreed about the speed of crates.io. I don't think I'll use your script, as I always reach crates.io to directly perform a search, but having the possibility is a really good thing :wink:
