I see that among the things cargo-diet cuts out are tests, which the associated Lean Crate Initiative asserts "There is no need for" (in the crate). Good grief, people really seem determined to make it hard for downstream consumers to run tests. 
Has anybody ever run tests on all of crates.io, to see how close this anecdotal experience is to reality?
