The RFC process is how we make changes to Rust. I want more people to feel like they can be involved in this process and so would like to mentor people through their first RFCs. Rather than mentor individuals on RFCs, I'd like to collaborate and mentor at the same time. The first RFC I want to mentor is adding default values for fields.
