Cargo-xcode — testing improvements

cargo xcode is a tool for generating Xcode project templates from Cargo.toml. It aims to integrate Rust/Cargo with Xcode as well as possible, with seamless support for Universal Binaries, simulators, and cross-compilation.

I've recently rewritten a big chunk of its internals. Please help me test it!

cargo install cargo-xcode --version 1.9.0

Usage instructions. If you've used it before, you need to run cargo xcode again to re-generate the Xcode config.
