Well it's done. I've released first (official) version of xml parser based on html5ever. You can check it out here: https://github.com/Ygg01/xml5ever.
Any feedback is welcome - from spelling errors to more complex stuff, like how we should handle parsing multiple root documents.
Just remember this release is alpha so beware - it may eat your dog and/or your homework.
