Windows Rust installation fails

I am following the instructions listed here and have installed Vistual Studio with the Windows 11 SDK and Desktop Development with C++”.

Now when I run the rustup-init installer it get to the terminal prompt "Current installation options:" but then does not show any options so I cannot proceed.

Actually I just figured it out. You have to right click and run the file in Administrator mode. Hopefully that helps other window users.
