Why Saturating doesn't implement Sum or Product

I've looked at the std and Wrapping implements Sum and Product. Is there a good reason as to why Saturating doesn't implement Sum or Product?

I'm not on any teams, but I doubt it. The Wrapping<_> implementations came after the types. Perhaps it just needs an ACP and PR. Or bring it up on IRLO and/or Zulip to raise your chances of team member feedback ahead of time.
