It's probably an auto-generated ad. Marketplaces publish "{random_search_keyword} for sale!" and see what brings users.

I get a lot of these in search results using duckduckgo. The ads can get truly absurd. They're often something like "We have [NOUNS] for sale!" where [NOUNS] is taken from the search query.
It's actually useful to a degree as it more clearly marks ads as something I'd never want to click on.
