What's the best way to connect with Rust programmers for a project?
I checked a few of the sections but didn't find a relevant one.
If you could guide me it would be great.

I would look for a local Rust meetup group and ask the organizers if you could spend 5 minutes pitching your project at their next meetup. If you have the budget for it, sponsor drinks or snacks at their meetup too.
