When will std::backtrace be stable?

Is there a place to check the status of apis/features?

Generally, there's a tracking issue on GitHub for unstable features, where you can keep tabs on their progress. Backtrace's is here. It looks like @withoutboats proposed stabilizing it about a month ago.
