Probably never, Servo is an explicit research playground.
However, modules of Servo that are ready for production get promoted into Firefox.
For example, "quantum CSS" (A.K.A. "Stylo"), or Webrender.
To enjoy rusty browser goodness, use Firefox 
P.s. your post shouldn't be categorised as "announcement", just because you are asking about a potential announcement. That category is only if you are announcing something you made (e.g. starting new blog, released a new program, etc).
