Some shared library stats:
- sharedlib v7.0.0, 8,490 downloads, released Feb 2017, 3 dependent crates
- shared_library v0.1.9, 611,678 downloads, released July 2018, 12 dependent crates
- libloading v0.5.0, 863,295 downloads, released Jan 2018, 59 dependent crates.
I've been using sharedlib
for over a year now on Win7-64 and I am very satisfied with it.
However, given what happened to error-chain
I'm now wondering if the same thing might happen to sharedlib
given how much more popular the other two are.
Would it be wise to switch to libloading
?
