I see the hamburger menu now has Akismet option, that’s private. Why do we have it? I’ve googled the term and it’s a spam detection/prevention addon. Why is it in menu?

It’s for admins to use Akismet to handle spam, as we’ve been getting some lately. Not sure why it shows you the option if you’re not allowed to see it.
