What do pages like Rust Book and Rust By Example use?

What does Rust Book and Rust By Example use? Like, is there a software they use to generate that HTML with that left sidebar with section navigation?

That is the sidebar I'm referring to:

I see that several Rust project docs or books use that same base. And in particular I'd like to set the code font to Courier New if possible.
