URLO CSS appears broken

It seems CSS doesn't load ar all on URLO (IRLO works). I can't even see the list of categories when posting this to put it in the meta category. Using Brave on Android.

The same issue here on Opera Android. I couldn't even reply without using desktop mode.

Desktop mode is also fairly broken, though not quite as terrible. I have to use landscape rather than portrait to be able to write anything.

Same for me on Firefox Windows. I find it funny that while it looks pretty annoying, the website is pretty usable
