Shiplift has too many 'unwrap()' calls. Some of them are simple to solve, some might be a bit more challenging for beginners. Still, these are good first issues for beginner rustaceans!

The Cargo Team are using E-* labels to mark things we want help with, this week we added:
The synth project recently added a number of issues we'd appreciate help with:
- Add a scheduler / topological sort for collections
- Use parameterized statements for postgres export
- Doc template generator
- XML import / export
- CSV import / export
Of course we will give mentoring and support to anyone who decides to join our project this way!

Hi again! Our call last week brought in some much appreciated contributors! We still seek help with the following issues:
- Specify collections on import
- Add tests for examples (i.e. bank_db)
- Implemented a converter for timestamptz
- Feature: Doc template generator
As before, we will give mentoring and support to anyone who decides to join our project this way!

Ockam is building libraries for authenticated end-to-end encryption. We would love to mentor and pair with contributors that want to learn more about Rust and cryptography.
We have several issues open at all skill levels that we would love help with:
- Increasing test coverage
- Adding Bluetooth transport support
- Integrating the Boneh–Lynn–Shacham scheme for digital signatures
- Improving our secure vault implementation

The Rust embedded working group would love some help maintaining cross, a tool for easy cross compilation and testing of Rust projects, as we don't have the bandwidth to keep up with its maintenance any more. We've posted a call for help here.
