how do you compare tokio 0.2 with single thread event loop like in nginx/redis/nodejs? is it better?
If the other software only operates on a single thread, I can't imagine how tokio could lose this battle. After all, server processors are gaining more and more cores, nowadays. However, I'm fairly certain, that you'd usually run one instance per processor core for the single threaded software and in that regard, I'm lacking the knowledge to answer your question.
