is dead right now but it is still used in Community - Rust Programming Language
Please consider replace it with https://rust.cc/

Right now the website is back, but it is redirecting to https://rust.cc. Also, as the certificate is for rust.cc it is invalid on `https://chat.rust-china.org/". Browsers strongly complaining about this.
So https://rust.cc is the right website and should be used instead.
