[Solved] `Diesel` not compiling in nightly. What change could've done that?

Is Diesel not compiling in nightly for anyone else? (rustc 1.28.0-nightly (990d8aa74 2018-05-25))
I am curious what change happened in nightly to prompt this error. It looks like a missing implementation error but missing implementation were never legal AFAIK.

Better to create an issue on the diesel repo

Nevermind. It's an issue in nightly.

Is it me or has the quality of rustc and/or LLVM been going down lately?
I ask because I am having a stability issue of my own on stable(!!) rust, and this seems to be happening not long after.
