Searching for a bitvec crate that is not abandoned or bug-free

I have been making great use of the bitvec in the past. I liked it because of it's abstract approach and many features. However, that crate seems abandoned now and is having some annoying bugs and missing simple-to-implement features. I would fix and implement this myself, but my pull requests would likely never be merged, or take longer tjsn a few weeks.

Is there any alternative that has a similar feature set and is not abandoned?

Thanks! I have now decided to just fix the issues in bitvec myself anyways. The alternatives listed in "see also" are just not as good.
