Rust support added to YouCompleteMe

Hi,

I just noticed that Rust support has been added for YouCompleteMe which is an auto completer for Vim in this PR https://github.com/Valloric/YouCompleteMe/pull/1888

It uses Racer and I gave it a spin now and it seems to work nice so I just wanted to give a heads up about it as I haven't seen that it being mentioned here.

It did appear in This Week in Rust.
I also wait for the maintainer of YCM in Atom to return and add support for the last version of YCM.
