Rust Reach project happening this year?

I was excited when Rust Reach project was announced last year. I thought it was a great opportunity for pushing myself to learn more Rust, at the same time being able to involve with the community and get to know and work with the top rust developers directly. Unfortunately I couldn't make it last time. I was hoping I would give it a try again this year but haven't heard anything about. Anyone got update on it ?
