Hi everyone 
There was recently a lot of interest in Machine Learning, with the announcement of many new Machine Learning libraries. People interested in the field decided, that it would be a good idea, to step up collaboration to hopefully bring the tools together and overcome the experimentation phase. The proposal of a Machine Learning IRC received brought interest, leading to the creation of #rust-machine-learning on irc.mozilla.org.
