Is there anything that like POI (in JAVA APACHE)?

There are various libraries that can read some microsoft files, e.g. there's calamine for spreadsheets and docx for word files. I have no idea how good these libraries are.

yes,I have used calamine befofe, and some library to write xlsx, but I want if there are more advanced functions such as merging columns and inserting pictures?

You could take a look at some of the other excel crates, but there might not be something that supports pictures.

I am not aware anything compareable to POI, but
