Rust analyzer doesn't see project directory after update

After system update rust analyzer see only my home directory.
Therefore LSP server doesn't downloading.
But projects build and run normally.
The mistake description:

Failed to discover workspace.
Consider adding the Cargo.toml of the workspace to the linkedProjects setting.
Failed to load workspaces.

OS Manjaro, IDE Kate.
I don't understand how to fix this.
