`ros-remove` has been released

I've released today ros-remove, a cargo plugin to remove dependencies from both Cargo.toml and package.xml files for your ros2 rust projects. The Release of ros-add was some time ago. I'm therefore pleased that I had the time and motivation to finish it over the last two days. The tool works now and all tests are passed. Therefore enjoy and please give some feedback at the current repository :blush:
