Requirements for Rust GTK

I create this post because this URL http://gtk-rs.org/docs/requirements.html it's offline. This makes it difficult for beginners. And I create new URL in Gtk-rs for help beginners, but just now I create this post.

If someone want help, show this post for peoples working in rust gtk.

What I need for create a software in rust and gtk?
libgtk-3-dev (on Debian server)
glade (on Debian server)
clang (if you not have a linker for compiler rust.)
