SUPER is an Android application analysis tool that tries to detect potential security vulnerabilities and create nice reports so that analysts can get help while doing their checks. It’s available in Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, and it’s highly accurate and performant thanks to it’s rule system and it’s use of the Rust programming language for most of the logic.
After one year of improvements, we have released the 0.5.0 version today. It includes a huge code revamp and many bug fixes, along with some new minor features. It also makes use of new Rust 1.30 features, along with the latest libraries. Thanks to the community for their great work!
If you want to know more, you can check the project page and the release announcement. You can also download the package compiled for main Linux distributions (note that Windows and MacOS packages are not up to date yet). And, of course, feel free to contribute to the next version in GitHub!
