Recommendations for SQLite wrapper on Windows

I've tried both Diesel and rusqlite, neither of which work on Windows (Diesel doesn't compile, rusqlite doesn't run). The crate "sqlite" seems to only have been tested on Mac. Anyone know of a sqlite wrapper that works on Windows?
