This is an announcement about an update of my Raft library lol.

In v0.6.2, lol starts to use adaptive failure detector to detect leader failure. In detail, I implemented the classic phi accrual failure detection. https://github.com/akiradeveloper/phi-detector

With the adaptive failure detection, we don't need to choose fixed timeout before deployment. This helps a lot in deployment.
