Hi I'm trying to publish my second crate just build up my skills and understand rust language better but I have a problem with publishing.

It sounds like your internet connection may have dropped out midway. Have you tried re-publishing?
Otherwise, if your crate looks like it's been published but is unusable, you can always contact the crates.io support team. I've had to email them in the past and they've always been really good.
