Program to view/dump images from other processes memory

Hi! I created a small program which allows to read images directly from other processes memory.

I use it now almost everyday and I'm fairly happy with it - but I surely would like some code advice and UX suggestions. There is an open PR with whole first version of program, you are welcome to write something there as well as here!

P.S. 4k of lines in pr are for Cargo.lock :shushing_face:
