POVVER is an energy economy simulator I'm working on as a platform for improving my Rust and project management skills.

It's in early alpha stage that can be reviewed at this point. Your ideas on project structure, coding style and choices will be much appreciated.

POVVER is free software and licensed with GNU GPL v3.
