Pin-project-lite 0.2 released with support for enum

pin-project-lite is a lightweight library that allows you to use pin-projection safely and ergonomically.

Unlike pin-project crate that has similar functionality, this library is written with declarative macros and very lightweight (and no dependencies).

The main change of the 0.2 release is support for enum. See the release notes for a complete list of changes.
