Through Libz Blitz and the Crate of the Week initiative, I'm aware of the push to create and highlight high quality community contributed code libraries. Is there an official list of these crates somewhere? I thought I might find it in the nursery but alas.

I'm guessing that the official "list" would be the This-Week-in-Rust archive.
I'm not aware of any comprehensive list, though I've repeatedly thought about making one..
