Not Found : rust binary says not found

After rust source code compilation it convert into binary format. but when i trys to run that binary file in tiny core linux it says ./hello : not found.
why this happend ?
what is the solution for this ?

Look at the output of readelf -l hello, especially the file printed in the INTERP paragraph. This file being missing is the most likely cause of this strange error message, this is a Linux FAQ. But without details it is not possible to guess if the system or the binary is at fault.

This is unrelated, but you really should not be using the root account for tasks that do not require it. And using a screenshot to post nine lines of text is overkill.
