I just published a blog post about writing an embedded-HAL driver for the AHT20 temperature sensor. The blog post focuses on my experience of writing the driver - the parts that caused me to scratch my head and stall out a while, and the parts that sparked some joy (like writing the tests). The driver itself is on crates.io as aht20-driver.

Oh... I remember trying to write writing a driver for this a while ago. The datasheet is a nightmare. Nice job!
