Multiple Cargo.toml management

Hi,

I'm in the process of splitting some code into sub components with their own Cargo.toml. The sight of managing all these Cargo.toml feels counter productive so I'm wondering if cargo and cargo-edit are able to update/upgrade all the component's Cargo.toml at once.
