Memory sanitizer on stable?

I am currently writing some unsafe code so I want to make sure that there is no memory leaks in my test cases. I am currently using valgrind but it is way too slow and there seems to be some false positives. It seems both Miri and -Z sanitizer flag can only be used on nightly. Is there any good memory sanitizer that works with stable toolchain?

I don't think so, but what's wrong with verifying it on nightly and just using stable when running it normally?

Thanks, I'll try it if there's no other means. I would prefer doing it on stable if possible.
