[Meetup] Where "Self-Driving" Database Meets a "Rusty" Distributed Key-Value Store

Hi all,

Want to let everyone know of a cool meetup happening in the SF/Bay Area (South Bay in Redwood City to be exact) on May 10th, where there will be two really great talks: one by Prof. Andy Pavlo of CMU about his latest research on self-driving database, and another by Siddon Tang of TiKV talking about how this distributed key-value store (all written in Rust) can scale to 100+ nodes. (Plus there will be great food and apparently a prize.)

If you happen to be in the SF/South Bay on May 10th, please go check it out! (See event details and RSVP here: https://www.meetup.com/Bay-Area-NewSQL-Database-Meetup/events/249676562/0
